Processing Time: Orders are processed within 1-2 business days. You'll receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information once your order ships.
International Shipping: We ship to over 50 countries. International orders typically arrive within 7-14 business days. Import duties and taxes may apply and are the responsibility of the customer.
Shipping Restrictions
Due to shipping regulations, some fragrances cannot be shipped via air or to certain destinations. If your order is affected, we'll contact you with alternative options.
Return Policy
14-Day Return Policy
We want you to love your purchase. If you're not completely satisfied, you may return unopened items within 14 days of delivery for a full refund.

How to Return
- 1Contact our support team at support@kchris.com with your order number
- 2Receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and prepaid shipping label
- 3Pack items securely in original packaging and attach the shipping label
- 4Drop off at any authorized shipping location
Refund Timeline
Once we receive your return, refunds are processed within 5-7 business days. The refund will be credited to your original payment method. Please allow an additional 3-5 business days for the refund to appear on your statement.
